The building dates back to 1896, the date inscribed on the solid roof ridgepole. It has three elegant flats on three storeys with a splendid shared wooden balcony on the second floor overlooking the main square, where most of the events are held in Sauris di Sopra. There is a store area for skis and mountain bikes.
