On the slopes of Mount Zoncolan, a famous ski resort in Friuli Venezia Giulia, a number of typical houses nestle along flagstone roads in one of the most characteristic mountain villages in Friuli: Sutrio, famous for its woodworking, a craft practised for centuries by its inhabitants, who turned their skills and knowledge of wood to restoration, to refurbish these flats into the pride of Carnia.
